I have to agree with you and fear the T2 will not be much improvement above the T1. If it will ever come. SONY is, as man can read, in troubles and maybe tries to find it's way into the future. A future with eBookreaders I hope.
But who knows. Even the x50-line had a, let's say, strange strategy. Even if you wanted to buy a reader - there was none... And prices went up and down.
The +- anounced 'Harry-Potter-Line' did not come.
