I think this kind of thing is great for ... say ... folks in the service sent oversees. How nice to partake, even in just a small way, with their families' daily activities.

On the other hand, my niece posts daily to Facebook. "Having a sh*tty day today." "Had to feed the munchkin peas tonight". And I wonder, honestly, does anyone really care?!
