I was describing this device to my significant other, who remarks that he hopes it is very sturdy if it is intended for use in a kitchen while cooking. He imagines hot fat, boiling water or salad dressing being splashed on it, and wonders whether it is robust enough to survive for long. He also points out that it would need frequent cleaning as cooks with sticky fingers repeatedly press the page turn button.
If they make a dishwasher-cleanable version this could be a real bonus. (Said tongue-in-cheek.)
