Hello everyone!
Hello! I've been a reader for about 50 years, a writer for about 40 and have recently also become a publisher (of sorts) when my first ebook saw the light of day....I like reading historical stuff (not too heavy), natural science (I've just read a couple of great books on geology by Richard Fortey), some science fiction (Terry Pratchett is god), travel writing and...I could go on - it all depends on the mood. I bought my Kindle about 18 months ago and, since I spend quite a lot of time on the island of Crete (it's a hard life, but someone's got to live it) where there are no decent second-hand book shops, it's been a life-saver. I'm looking forward to working my way round this site and getting to know more about everything ebook....
