By the way, I installed the update using the previous flash_reader.bat installer method, and the modified reader is still there after shutdown & reboot as well as reset (pinhole) & reboot. No stock reader on sight.

Here's what I did (Nothing much special, but FYI...):
- run porkupan's restore-set-1.0.04.12210 first
- get the installer directory from your previous release
- overwrite all the overlapping files from porkupan's restore-set-1.0.04.12210
- overwrite the EbookReader.apk with the new version and update the checksum
- run the installer .bat file, and after the installation is over, delete the PRS-T1 Updater.package file and the updates directory from the T1

My T1 is not rooted and your reader is the only modification on it. Just wanted to let you know that it's still there after reboot on my end.
