I use both Dropbox and Sugarsync. The nice thing about Sugarsync is that you don't have to move the data into a particular folder. Simply right click on the folder or file, go to Sugarsync in the drop down menu and then "add folder to Sugarsync." For me, that meant that I didn't need to move my Calibre folder into the Dropbox folder.
