thanking robko for being able to explain how to force a factory reset. I spent 15 mins on the phone with customer service trying to achieve this. It didn't work. Why? I hear you ask...because the customer service guy didn't know what he was talking about. He was telling me I had to press both home and power buttons at the same time and hold them for 15 seconds. I have now forced a reset but my touchscreen still doesn't work
