Logos does have all Greek and all Hebrew original language bibles with transliterations to boot. However, so far they only work on a PC.
They are still working on their Android implementation of the same books but it is not finished yet. If it ever gets finished (they are now on Android Beta 0.94), it may prove the best bible resource of all. Right now I cannot use that beta when compared to the Tecarta and "And Bible" resources.
Tecarta has the most rapid verse locator and an autoscroll which matches reading speeds. Thus, one can follow along a reader in a Bible Study and never have to manually turn a page. It is the only Bible App which has that feature.
The totally free "And Bible" available for the Kindle Fire offers all their bibles, dictionaries, commentaries and books in 25 languages including Hebrew so they must have solved the right to left reading application. They also have Strong Number dictionaries in True Hebrew and True Greek. Since I cannot read Hebrew or Greek, I have never tried them.
I use the Strong Number Dictionaries with English pronunciations of the Hebrew and Greek and their meanings. Strong Numbers are tied to the KJV only.
The "And Bible" is the only Android app for the Kindle Fire which offers the Easton and Smith Bible Dictionaries easily accessible to find meanings for words rapidly plus the complete Matthew Henry Commentary linked to each verse.
They offer the New English Translation (NET) as well but do not offer the 69,000 footnotes in the full version. It only shows footnotes for the first chapter of each book and the first 3 verses of every chapter.
The NET with all 69,000 footnotes and Osnova Direct Verse Jump is only available for the Kindle Keyboard. If one has a Kindle Keyboard, that Bible is the best resource for that device. Osnova DVJ does not work on the Kindle Fire since their reading app does not index eBooks the way the Kindle Keyboard does.
