Yes, the Kindlean FAQ now say:-

What Kindle versions are supported?
Kindlean works with Kindle 3* and Kindle 4.
Exceptions:
- with Kindle 3 you won't be able to change visible book titles, because Kindle 3 caches them
- Kindle Touch is not supported for now
