I have no idea why my onyx won't charge. I've tried connecting it to the computer via usb and charging it in an outlet but neither have worked. It's completely dead. Every time I turn it on, it just loads and turns off. Here's the type of model I'm dealing with: [link deleted - MODERATOR]
