SugarSync is a good choice thanks to its large starting amount, don't forget to complete its getting started section on the website after you've registered as this will net you up to 750Mb extra for free.

Edit: If you also use it on a phone or tablet, completing the Introduction Game of the mobile app will get you a further 250Mb as well.
