While many mock such movements, I would say that a lot of people who do not support copyright law are more committed to their ideals than some of the people who attend religious services on Sundays.
I also do not think that the exemption from copyright law 'plunders' any more than other religions' expemptions from taxes.
I would have expected them to 'borrow' google's droid as a symbol and annoint some of the opensource and wiki pundits as high priests.
I may just have to like them on facebook...
