Converting CHM is a hit and miss. It should be simple, since the core of the CHM is also HTML (although ePUB is XHTML), but especially with tables it does not always work.
If I remember correctly, you put the CHM in your library and hit the convert button. Personally I would check the ePUB in Sigil to fix it if required.
