You are correct. You were completely honest in your transaction, but the purchaser still feels slighted, as she obviously didn't fully understand what blacklisted meant. It's really your prerogative on how you should deal with it. You asked the question, so it's obvious that you are at least considering returning her money. My
opinion is that you should give it to her, but not because you did anything wrong, but because it is the nice thing to do.
