also, seems some weird rule on how much total must be or it won't work (not just over £5)

The 10 variant works from Germany - where there also isn't Agency Pricing. But you need a German IP to get it, or at least European I assume.

This week with the codes that keep coming I've picked up

Nora Roberts - The Witness €4.13 EUR ($5.57 paying with Paypal)

Rita Mae Brown - The Big Cat Nap: The 20th Anniversary… eBook 1,42 € ($1.93)

Christopher Moore - Sacre Bleu: A Comedy d'Art 1,18 € ($1.60)

Mary Kay Anderson - Savannah Blues with Bonus Material 1,42 € ($1.93)

Laura Griffin - Twisted 0,55 € ($.75)

Jodi Thomas - Just Down the Road 1,37 € ($1.86)

I never tried the 5 variant. There are actually a couple of new releases next Tuesday that I'm interested in that will be in the 6 to 8 range but I'm guessing the codes might be shut down by then.

I'm starting to feel a little gluttonous.
