Just started Dead Beat, for the second time. Does anyone else have the Kindle version? Is your TOC missing? Mine isn't working and this is the first time I've actually needed it. I'm switching between my blackberry and Kindle and can't sync since I'm Canadian so I use the TOC to get to the last place I was in.
