Looks like the videos are using some wacky non-standard codec, so nothing I have can play them. That's actually the first one out of literally thousands I've watched on various sites that had a problem.
It claims to be the "TechSmith Screen Capture Codec (win32) (tscc)", whatever the heck that is.
If people want others to actually see their content, it makes sense to use products that people already have, or can install easily. If not, try putting a "This website looks best on my computer in my house. Please stop by to see it." banner on your site.
Edit: I take that back, vlc can view them, but there is no sound. Ah well.
