Happens with the Sony too. I suspect it's down to the document rather than the reader. A similar thing happens when marking up PDFs in Acrobat on a computer - the corrections will appear in the correct places, but if a list of the corrections is printed out, it won't necessarily reflect the order in which the corrections appear on the page.
