@jesscat - if you had read the thread I directly linked to above you would see there has been some progress. The authorisation issue needs a change to the plugin which I have made. The updating a review error is something they just this morning responded about saying it should hopefully be fixed later today on their side.
I have been holding up on releasing the new version until I can verify that things are indeed completely working again in case more changes were required, so hopefully tonight I can do that.
