I doubt I would enjoy any of her books if I picked them up now, but more due to changes in my reading than her writing. A lot of authors I read voraciously as a teen seem dull as paint now.

At the time, her two non-monster historical novels were my favorites: Feast of All Saints and Cry to Heaven.
