I can see the need for alot of application interactivity in a major religious text that might be used in religious teaching environments particularly with foreign language translations and other features.
But I dont see why every publisher would consider making every book an android app.
Consider that the android OS Like Mac &Windows still has more than one version in wide usage and book publishers would have to constantly keep up with OS compatibility ( ginger bread ,ICS etc etc.) it would add lot of overhead IMHO

Different people have different needs & uses of Pdocs whats not to understand??.
