Um.. I have to disagree. I've never ever read the Kindle terms and conditions. Amazon has never made me agree to to the terms and conditions. So as far as I am concerned, since Amazon has never made to agree to them, they don't apply since they don't mind selling me content without having agreed. I've had an account with Amazon long before the Kindle.
