Unofficial means this update was not intended for our (international) customers. The software may come from Onyx lab, but this version could be approved for Chinese market only. There are three different versions of the software - for Chinese market, for Russian market and international. We are working on International version.
And as Kodomo mentioned - please use only trusted sources for software downloads.
