Hi. You could also try using nitro pro 7, which has a 14-day free trial.
If you open one pdf with nitro pro, it's very easy to insert another pdf before or after any page you select. I've used this to insert a cover page image at the beginning of a book pdf.
It's basically as easy as inserting text at the beginning of a word document.
