I keep the dictionary function on while reading. The dictionary look-up window, which occupies the top or the bottom of the screen, could block comfortable reading experience after turning pages because it covers the text (top). So,
1) It would be useful if the dictionary window automatically moves to the bottom after going to the next page.
2) It would be nice to type a word with the virtual keyboard and look it up while reading.

w.r.t. the first request: you could add it to the M92 wishlist (wiki part of mobileread

)
w.r.t. the second: afaik Onyx is working on 'multitasking' (effectively rather 'switching between applications', as the OS does in fact multitask already

)... so you could switch between the dictionary and reader application.
