I don't know what to say. Either commiserations or good news. I do know that I will be buying the new book as soon as and I am sure it will be just as brilliant as your others, after all you don't become a bad writer overnight. Personally I would agree with your positive stance and give them the finger. I think they will be the ones who regret the decision most.
