As for drives the one I mentioned above was just to add a larger one, but I have had several drives fail, from actual head crashes, to power damage to just plug it in and nothing happens.

Not really. The only thing that really hinders the Kindle is the fact that it doesn't have Bluetooth. But they're going to TRY and add USB host *MAYBE*, it depends on how they feel after completing ICS. The GPS and Camera feature is in the profile, so you can get Instagram, and some of the apps that depend on it just so you can use the benefit of the big screen. You could still plug in your headset and it'll pick up the audio.
Pretty much tweaking, making things a little better, and a few more changes to get the charge indicators working. It's a development rom, but I find it stable enough for me.
And WOW! Maybe it's because I've gone through like 50 computers, but I've never had that happen before. And I've used computers that were on their last legs, motherboards all screwed up, shake it and it'd freeze, and stuff like that. Otherwise they were fine.
