Hey now! There was supposed to be a nurse in the room at all times while the resident was delegating to the intern to pass off to the med student to completely ignore the instructions that I vaguely gave to the fellow who should have damned well been sober! Therefore it's all her fault.

The bill was sent by the Patient Sevices Department and not something I concern myself with.
