I've now seen exactly what Jackie has seen as an 'Alternate download location'.
I clicked the main download on the right-hand side of the page with a great big grey arrow pointing to download. I didn't think to use the Alternate download location.
Here is the link I got when clicking on your link and clicking the update on the bottom right hand side of the Calibre interface.
