If you right-click on any of the column headings that you do have (like "Author(s)") you get a menu giving you options to adjust what columns are visible. Included is a Show column menu which will tell you what columns are not currently displayed and allow you to select them. Drag the columns around to change order.
You can also use Preferences -> Add your own columns to do similar.
