Well, since we're doing local quizzes, let's have a Norfolk one.
There are two notable members of the Royal Navy who were born in Norfolk in the mid 1700s, one in 1757 and one in 1758. One was an explorer, the other a military commander.
I think the military commander might be easier to guess, but perhaps it's the other way around for anyone who's not British.
Extra points for any interesting details you know about them.
