I'm looking at the ePub. Now for the problems...
The cover image is not aspect ratio correct. It's too squished vertically. Page 2 & 3 should be one page. This is the title page that has been split in two.
That's all I see that could use some fixing. I can't say if these problems exist in the other two versions.
