As in cheap feeling and looking books with dubious page retention, some maintenance problems in particular areas plus poor type and paper...
And how is 30 minutes production time acceptable - do the math - 8 hour day = 16 books if you're lucky,
now that's going to help your business make a profit and pay your bills... not!
