BBC News now has this as a "Breaking headline": US regulators file a suit against Apple and major publishers over the pricing of e-books.

Edit: They now have a very brief article accompanying the headline. Only Hachette, HarperCollins, Macmillan and Penguin are mentioned. I guess the other two settled?
