I'd probably consider upgrading for some combination of these:
Color
Higher res screen
nested collections
faster with large numbers of books on device
But I'm with those that would prefer to have page turn buttons where the ones on the K3 are. Lack of those would be a factor to counter some of the above advances.
If they went with the lighted screen that's been talked about, I'd be very curious to actually see how it worked. I'm one of those that doesn't like reading on a tablet because of backlighting, so I'm curious to see how that compares.
