You still haven't said what your problem is - only that your aren't impressed and it's not simple.
If you explain what you are trying to do and what happens then most likely someone here will be able to help you.
Where are your ebooks currently stored? What happened when you tried to drag them onto your Kobo?
Have you tried using Calibre?
