I have one copy of books 1-3 in paperback, and two or three copies of all the others in hardback. My kids and I were the geeks that were at the midnight releases of books 5-7. I even made 'wizard robes' for us to wear to those and the movie releases (my son has had 3 sets).
We had to get three copies of book 7 because none of us wanted to wait long enough for the others to finish reading before we got to start.
I have reread them several times through the years, so I do not fall in the group of adults that loved the books as a kid but haven't read in 5-15 years ago. I am glad to get a legal copy for my readers.
