Just squeaked in there!

At the risk of making many pairs of eyes glaze over, I'll try something close to home.

In the 15 months between September 1989 and November 1990, New Zealand had four different Prime Ministers. At least three of the four had a certain amount of visibility outside the country. Two of them later had the same job (at different times) in a Northern Hemisphere country. One of them was head of a well-known international body.

Points for:
- Naming any of these PMs
- Identifying their later jobs and/or any particular claim to fame outside New Zealand

Extra coolness points for naming either of the two PMs who followed these four, and what makes them significant in NZ's political history.
