Here's a few items to help.
The site is located in Canada, Life + 50 copyright laws apply to the e-book library. However, that doesn't mean you are able to ignore your countries copyright laws, just what can be posted here is life + 50. (there is another server that is in the US, it follows US copyright laws.)
There are stickies at the top of each sub-forum. They have lots of information in them.
To get a book from the e-book library, you go to the thread and click on the little note icon to download.
