Now, to check the logs, and understand why it is stalling, just type
;dumpMessages
in the search bar (you can bring it up just by hitting the 'Del' key, for example). It should create an all_logs_<timestamp>.txt text file in the documents folder. Attach/Compress it in a reply, and I'll take a look at it.
