Amazon Create Space - List at 7.99, 87 cents profit to me.
Lulu - List at #14.99, 74 cents profit to me.

So Amazon may seem expensive to you... but to me they are freaking cheap.

I would have to to go 9.99 to sell with extended distro, which I wont bother, but thats still way better then Lulu.
