After much deliberation last night, I set the price to $7.99, which gets me 78 cents per sale. That's a lot less than the 1.98 per sale on a Kindle version of my book, but I don't want to put my print readers in a choke-hold.
The print-and-royalty cost chunk is surprisingly high, though. Well, to my mind.

Amazon Create Space - List at 7.99, 87 cents profit to me.
Lulu - List at #14.99, 74 cents profit to me.
So Amazon may seem expensive to you... but to me they are
freaking cheap.
I would have to to go 9.99 to sell with extended distro, which I wont bother, but thats still way better then Lulu.
