Song of Sorcery by Elizabeth Ann Scarborough (also from my big fictionwise purchase last year).
It was a fantasy with witches and spells and gypsies and dragons. Fun stuff. There are more in the series, (although this is essentially stand-alone). I'm not sure if they'll be as good, as I do enjoy the revelation of the fantasy world and rules. But I've added them to a wish list. Alas, they don't seem to be at fictionwise, so I won't be getting a big discount there.
