OK, the hint is that the grouping of the letters is deliberately misleading.

It's nothing to do with postcodes or number plates, and no specialist knowledge (other than use of the English language) is required.

And the next three are

NT, HH, TH, ...

I really considered this a language question, but I suppose others might disagree.
