I've been in contact with their support a number of times concerning e-books not being found through their search function, e-books with a wrong cover and other minor problems mainly with their website. They've always been fast to respond and resolved the problem mostly within a day. One time they even gave me $5 rewards dollars for pointing out some problems with their new layout – how nice is that?
