e-book is Prometheus Award Finalist

The Prometheus Award (Wikipedia) is for libertarian science fiction novels given annually by the Libertarian Futurist Society. Its 2012 Finalists (book list with covers) include a work available only as an e-book:
Quote:
In the Shadow of Ares (Amazon Kindle edition) - This young-adult first novel by Thomas L. James and Carl C. Carlsson focuses on a Mars-born female teenager in a near-future, small civilization on Mars, where hardworking citizens are constantly and unjustly constrained by a growing, centralized authority whose excessive power has led to corruption and conflict.
This isn't a major award, but it is the first longstanding book award that I am aware of that has an e-book only finalist.
