Actually it is in a way. Due to Apple's success in selling device swithout expansion card (and thus increasing profits) Samsung and Amazon have followed. If the iPad had an expansion slot, then Samsung would have it, too.
But it looks like Samsung will have them again in the future. Their days of Apple aping are over and they have moved on. Same with mobile flash, this definitely is Apple's doing. I never play flash games, but flash video works just fine on my Android 2.2 phone and on my tablet with both OSs, in the hacked ICS and under WebOS. And there are plenty of websites were you either get low quality HMTL5 video or flash only. Some day, when all websites have made the switch, I won't care. But now I need flash and I greatly resent Apple for its anti Adobe smear campaign. Anyway, that ship has sailed.
