I believe that it's OK for you to point out that you believe that, too.

Just as I believe it's OK for others to point out that they believe that ignoring those laws won't possibly end up in other people getting hurt. And that the FAA wouldn't be considering relaxing those rules if they believed it might directly result in people getting hurt.

And your question has been answered... Everybody has the right to break any law they want to—silly as it may sound. Unless you're simply trying to point out that breaking the law is against the law. In which case... duh.
