UPDATE

Proof has arrived and it looks exactly like it did in the digital proof tool. Quality of print is comparable to Lulu, it looks very professional... only problem is... I FORGOT THE PAGE NUMBERS.

Sooooo uploading a new file and trying again!

I am happy with what I have gotten, and will be moving my books off Lulu one at a time over the next few weeks. Sucks that they do not do hard cover, but the fact that I can cut my prices so that my 350 page book is $8 instead of $15 is huge.

Price does go up CONSIDERABLY if you want to use "extended distribution" because the retail channels take 60% of the LIST price. So you have ...

LIST PRICE - 60% - Print Costs = your cut.

Raise my book to $10 a copy (still cheaper then Lulu). So I probably just wont bother with that channel. I can sell via Amazon with out that "extended" channel and thats good enough for the small demand I have for print books.
