There aren't any books that I know of like that for eink devices. However, the Kindle store, B&N and Apple store sell enhanced books with A/V that work with tablet readers and/or apps on iDevices. For example, I have bought a few enhanced books at B&N that work on my NOOKcolor but aren't compatible with the Nook e-ink reader.
