Well - it should be even simpler on Linux - just dd-ing the whole USB disk
To restore from Apps2SD there is a link to special restore package and AMR is being restored by boroda restoration procedure - those are two separate and independent steps. Please, note - that removal of Apps2SD requires my procedure (even SD cad full restore would not do it).
